At the London Marathon, people lined the roads and were "high-5-ing" runners as they past by. I was doing this in spurts whenever I needed a lift.
By mile 22, I was tired. But up ahead was a group of girls of various ages. As I gave them a high-5, one of them stuck her head out to see who was coming...
Yes, I struck an eight-year-old girl in the face. I felt awful. But her friends and family found it hilarious!
